We Require:

Company Driver

* Pre Pass and EZ Pass with no charge to the driver.

Owner Operator

* Home every weekend
* 70% of gross pulling MTL trailer
* 77% of gross pulling O/O owned trailer.
* 100% of fuel surcharge, where received by MTL, will be passed through to O/O
* We have regional, local and over-the-road positions available
* 65% of our loads are preloaded and pretarped at no cost to O/O
* Tag Bonus after first year MTL will pay up to $1,200 for license plate per year.

We require for independent contractors (O/O):

* You must be at least 24 years of age.
* You must have approved verifiable flatbed experience within the last 3 years.
* All required paperwork on truck.

Student Graduate

* Paid orientation – ($300 – 1 week)
* Hotel provided during orientation and first week of yard training
* Six weeks training at $350 – $400/week
* Home most weekends during driving training
* Payroll deduction available for school tuition.

We Require for Trainees

* You must be at least 24 years of age.
* Class A CDL
* No DUI, DWI, reckless or careless (of a higher degree), no alcohol or drug conviction with the last seven years.
* Solid work history
* Ability to lift and carry 100 pound tarps
* Ability to climb
